Aviation OT Integration Across Eight International Airports

A multi-airport aviation program required a scalable technology approach across landside and airside operational technology systems. The initiative supported modernization across eight international airport environments, with a focus on safety, security, operational continuity, passenger experience, and long-term infrastructure reliability.

The client needed more than isolated airport system upgrades. The challenge was to integrate mission-critical airside systems such as runway lighting, emergency landing support, air traffic control ELV systems, and related operational infrastructure with landside systems including CCTV, access control, boarding management, comfort systems, fire alarm, and public address platforms. The work focused on aligning airport OT systems, stakeholder requirements, vendor coordination, and operational workflows into a repeatable modernization model.

Integrating Landside and Airside Operations

The solution centered on a structured airport OT integration approach that connected airside safety systems, landside security platforms, building comfort systems, fire and life-safety systems, and passenger-facing operational technologies. By aligning these systems into a coordinated architecture, the program helped create a scalable foundation for resilient, integrated, and future-ready aviation infrastructure.
